Marinated Flank Steak

This is a great “Old Faithful” recipe for a dinner party. It’s quick and easy with very little kitchen mess.The meat and marinade can even be prepared the day before use.

Marinated Flank Steak

Preparation
  • Combine first 8 ingredients with salt and pepper. A plastic food bag that zips or seals works great! Place meat in the bag with the marinade and turn until meat is thoroughly coated. Refrigerate a minimum of two hours, preferably overnight.
  • Grill or broil meat to desired doneness, turning once and basting often with sauce. About 7 minutes per side is a good place to start. Carve steak by slicing diagonally. Warm the remaining sauce and serve with the steak.
