The following worksheet can help you set a weight loss goal and then monitor your progress over 6 months. Place the worksheet on your refrigerator and fill it out each week, so that you have a record of your achievements!

Remember, you don't want to lose more than a couple pounds every week or two. These small weight losses are victories!
